Negative Reviews
negative:
Communication is a challenge
Many guests find communicating challenging at the hotel as the staff knows limited English. Added to this, the maps and tourist information provided are not in English, so guests touring the city find this highly awkward.
negative:
Rooms hot in summer
Guests say
that the rooms are very hot in summer as there is no air conditioning or fan.
Even though there are two windows and a skylight in the bathrooms, the rooms
get stuffy and quite unmanageable in the heat.
negative:
No Wi-Fi in rooms, no parking onsite
Wi-Fi cannot be accessed in the rooms. The reception does not reach the common areas of the top floors either. Guests say they are required to use it in the lobby of the hotel which is cramped. There is no parking onsite, which is another inconvenience.
