Resort Peppers Beach Club (Port Douglas, Australia)

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and close to the town which many guests said was the best feature of the hotel as they could easily walk to their destination of choice without much fuss.

The staff at the hotel were singled out in reviews with many previous guests commenting that they were very professional and obviously well trained, as well as being very polite and friendly. It seems the staff at the hotel would go out of their way to make sure their guests wishes were catered to.

A lot of the guests who stayed here chose to eat their meals in the onsite restaurant and this experience was consistently rated as excellent across reviews.  Many guests commented that the food was fresh, really well prepared and super tasty.

A number of guests specifically booked spa rooms with dreams of idyllic afternoons spent relaxing in the spa with view across the pool and ocean. Many guests who stayed in rooms were spas were on the balconies facing the car park or another building left less than positive reviews.

For adults guests wanting to spend a romantic time with their partner, the number of children at the hotel was a problem.  These guests complained that unruly children took over the pool area and ran amuck around the hotel which was not at all relaxing or serene.

A number of guests were a little miffed about the room tariffs at the hotel given the size of the rooms for the price paid. Previous guests complained that the rooms were small and did not feel that they got value for money.
