The staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel do a great job and make you feel welcome. They are so friendly and have some very useful information on the local area. This is essential as there’s not much to do nearby so you really need those local tips.
The housekeeping staff do their best to keep this place clean, and it’s the rooms that they focus all their efforts on. Guests have said that they were pleased with the cleanliness of the place and that they had no cause for complaint.
The pools are in great condition and very clean at this hotel. It’s great for kids to be able to play in the water while the grownups relax in the spa. There’s even sand to play in by the beach-themed pool.
Unless you are driving, you could find yourself stuck at this hotel for the duration of your stay. It’s miles from the city centre, and the shuttle service isn’t great. There’s nothing really around the area except the stadium and a shopping centre.
This hotel has seen much better days. It’s nothing like the photos and guests are very disappointed when they arrive. They found the place in a state of disrepair and felt that it was very shabby in places. The rooms are also very dated.
The secure parking is quite small, so you may end up parking on the street. This isn’t a great area and guests aren’t too happy about leaving their cars on the street overnight. They really need to look into expanding the carpark.
