Resort Greenmount Beach House (Coolangatta, Australia)

The beach at Greenmount rated very highly amongst reviewers, with many guests commenting that their favourite part of their stay here was the views to the beach from their balconies, as well as the easy stroll from the hotel to the beach.

The hotel is an easy 15 minute walk into the heart of the action at Coolangatta and number of previous guests mentioned that they stayed here due to its proximity to Twin Towns Entertainment Complex.

Although the hotel is an older property in the area, many guests have been returning here for years due to its elevated position on the headland and excellent views. Newer guests commented that they thought the hotel was in the right price point for where it is and represented good value for money.

Guests reported a number of problems with the fixtures and fitting in their rooms from loose door handles to ceiling fans that seemed to be dangling on rotation. These guests suggested that maintenance was urgently needed to correct these items.

Previous guests complained that there was mould in the showers and that the bathrooms in general had seen better days. Guests suggested that immediate renovation to the bathrooms was needed.

A couple of the major draw-backs that visitors mentioned in their reviews was that there no parking when checking in, no free Wi-Fi, no daily servicing of rooms and old and basic amenities.
