From beginning to end, this hotel staff provides exceptional service to all guests. They make the effort to learn your name and get to know you. Staff are friendly, talkative, and engaging. They will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and want for a great stay.

Complimentary resort activities should be taken advantage of. There is plenty to do, including water sports like paddle boarding and kayaking to Monkey Head Island. You can also enjoy wine and coffee tastings, ATV tours, horseback riding, sunset yoga, and cooking classes. And many guests enjoy the breathtaking Arnold Palmer signature golf course.

You'll find many excellent food choices, with numerous options at the resort in addition to the beach club and golf course. Food is very fresh and delicious. Guests call it a foodies dream.

This resort is on a private peninsula, and while guests may enjoy the isolation, be aware that any excursions to volcanoes, rainforests, or other destinations turn into a full day trip. It's also 45 minutes to CoCo Beach as well as the local airport. Driving from the resort gate to the main resort area takes about 15 minutes, so nothing is very easy to get to.

Guests say that food and beverages can be quite pricey. It appears that you may want to budget as much as up to $500 per day per couple for daily meals, as breakfast alone ranges from $70 - $100.
