It was clear from the reviews that most guests were using the hotel for airport layovers. To this end, they found the location near the airport ideal, and also appreciated that the hotel had an airport shuttle to ferry them back and forth.

The pool was clearly guest’s favorite amenity. They described it as being especially lovely, while guests just arriving from colder climates were very happy to be able to absorb some sunshine on the deck and go for a refreshing dip.

It was rare to read a guest review that didn’t comment on how clean both the rooms and public areas of the hotel were, Guests clearly felt that housekeeping were doing an excellent job.

There were a number of complaints about the onsite restaurant and the dining facilities in general. A number of guests were disappointed that breakfast was not only not included, but very expensive for what was offered as well. But many guests did not like the quality of the food either, saying that it was at best “OK” and not worth the prices charged.

Guests who were intending to use the hotel for more than an airport layover reported that there really was not much to do or see in the immediate vicinity. They said that if guests intended to use it for seeing the sights, a rental car would be an absolute must.

A surprising number of guests reported that their air conditioning unit made a lot of noise. Since the room would get impossibly hot and humid without it on, guests had to try to get some sleep with quite racket in the background.
