The hotel’s employees are very kind. They are all multilingual and this is an advantage as many of the guests are international travellers. They are quick to be of service and seem to receive great pleasure from assisting you.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Few parking spaces at the hotel
When the hotel is busy and room occupancy is high, parking spaces run out fast and guests find it hard to park in the tight spaces. Most guests felt that the hotel had no ample parking.
negative:
Rooms are poorly insulated against sound
Guests complained about the poor sound insulation in the rooms. Noise coming in from neighbouring rooms was very disturbing. This caused guests to have restless nights. The walls of the apartments are quite thin and it’s very easy to hear what’s going on next door.
negative:
Wi-Fi connection unavailable most times
The hotel’s Wi-Fi wasn’t dependable especially if you want to do some heavy browsing. The Wi-Fi signal keeps disappearing and weak if at all present in some of the rooms.
