Negative Reviews
negative:
Some disappointment in the restaurant.
Many guests were satisfied with their experience in the Thyme restaurant but others wished they had gone elsewhere. It seems that there isn't enough staff on duty to keep the breakfast buffet full. Hence, some items were missing and it was nigh on impossible to actually enjoy a “full” English.
negative:
Concerns about family rooms.
Some of the guests who had booked a family room were a little disappointed by how cramped they were once the extra beds were put in the room. Furthermore, the temporary beds seem like they might be a little uncomfortable.
negative:
More amenities, please.
Although generally satisfied with the rooms, a number of guests comment that the amenities could be more generous. A phone and small safe wouldn't go amiss. Nor would a few more towels and a more plentiful supply of tea and coffee.
