Enjoyable on-site dining.
Reviews indicate that you can expect to enjoy the dining on offer at the on-site Thyme restaurant and bar. Guests found the food was good quality, the service attentive and the prices reasonable, especially for a restaurant in London. If you do fancy a change, there are numerous alternatives within walking distance of the hotel.
positive:
Superb location.
The location of this hotel places many well-known attractions just a few minutes’ walk away. It really couldn't be easier to explore. When you want to experience the rest of London, you’ll find the walk to and from destinations interesting and plenty of public transport options if you fancy a rest.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Communal areas may appear tatty.
Although most guests don’t mention this, some guests do complain that the communal areas of the hotel are starting to show their age. Perhaps this is more noticeable now that the guest rooms have been refurbished.
negative:
Some issues with noise.
Various guests complain about thin walls, noise from nearby construction and traffic noise. That said, this is London and noise doesn't seem to be a major problem. It’s worth taking earplugs and requesting a quiet room.
negative:
Lacking personal touches.
This is probably a matter of personal opinion but a handful of guests were disappointed to find out just how basic Premier Inn hotels are. So long as you don’t expect luxuries like a swimming pool or extras like tissues and deluxe toiletries, you shouldn't be too disappointed.
