Positive Reviews
positive:
Budget-friendly.
Rates at the Premier Inn Knutsford Bucklow Hill certainly won’t break the banks. Guests found them reasonable, even if they hadn't booked in advance. The free parking and Wi-Fi (when it works) adds value. Plus, it’s worth looking at the meal deals available.
positive:
Friendly staff.
Despite finding fault with other aspects of this hotel, most guests agreed that the staff were polite and friendly and offered a warm welcome. Furthermore, they seem happy to help as much as they can with any extra requests.
positive:
Decent location.
Although you’ll need a car to get around, it’s likely that you’ll find the location of this hotel convenient. It’s easy to reach off the A556 and places you within easy travelling distance of a wide selection of area attractions.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Some guests disappointed by rooms.
Although many guests agreed the rooms at this hotel were at least comfortable, the negative feedback does seem to mount up. Some guests found the rooms dated while others described them as very small. Other problems include the lack of air-conditioning, limited amenities and noisy bathroom fans.
negative:
Wi-Fi isn’t up to much.
A number of guests complain that the free Wi-Fi is difficult to connect to. Plus, if you do manage to get online, you may find the connection too slow to do anything beyond checking your emails (slowly).
negative:
No air-con and nearby road is a poor combination.
As this hotel doesn't have air-conditioned rooms, opening the guest room windows is usually a must. Unfortunately, this does mean that you’ll be able to hear traffic passing along the nearby road. It seems you have to pick between being cool and being disturbed.
