A small number of guests thought the rooms at this hotel could do with a little TLC but most found them to be of a good overall standard. The beds seem to be a particular highlight since these are brand new.

Guests tend to be impressed by the standard of customer service, often describing the staff as helpful and efficient. The front-of-house team attracts particular praise for their genuinely friendly nature and can-do attitude.

Guests found the nightly rates at this hotel very reasonable, with most feeling that the hotel and facilities were worth the associated price tag. Free Internet access together with complimentary guest parking add additional value.

Although guests are fairly impressed by the standard of the rooms, there do appear to be some limitations. The most obvious one is the lack of air-conditioning but several guests also mention the small number of towels and the limited supply of tea and coffee.

More than a few guests mention that the exterior of the hotel is a little on the shabby side. A lick of paint and some general tidying up wouldn't go amiss. Furthermore, several guests comment that the smoking area should be further away from the hotel entrance.

Although the hotel offers free parking, guests arriving in the evening sometimes struggled to find a space as they found themselves competing with patrons of the restaurant. It’s probably not a huge issue but one to remain aware of if you plan to check in later on in the day.
