Need A Little Space.
Although they're are kept in tip-top condition, the rooms are very small leaving guests negotiating space with their luggage. A few guests reported that the double-sized beds are way too small and the tiny en suite would bring on bouts of Claustrophobia.
negative:
Careful Which Room You Choose.
If you love admiring the views first thing in the morning, do not opt for the rooms in the basement - because they are no windows. Past guests felt they were in a broom cupboard or prison cell of because of the size and thought the sub-ground floor rooms would have benefit from having windows to in bring in the natural light.

Basic Breakfast.
Breakfast served at Plaza London did not exactly leave many guest's mouth watering. They strongly advise you to try nearby cafes offering good old hearty breakfast at very reasonable prices.
