Pacific Regency Hotel Suites (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)

The hotel is in a very quiet and safe area close to the city centre. Many sites of attraction are easily reachable like Petronas Twin Towers is just a few minutes stroll from the hotel. Guests can also catch a flight at the Kuala Lumpur International which is about 45 minutes drive away. A number of restaurants, shops and pubs are in the area.

Guests felt that the prices were reasonable and they were satisfied at the end of their stay at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a great view.

The staff members are very friendly and always seem to have a ready smile to offer to guests. They seem to take enjoy their duties and are always ready to offer a helping hand where needed and promptly assist guests with their needs.

The hotel's guesthouse's rooms do not have a very strong Wi-Fi signal. You might have to go to the public areas of the guesthouse if you need to access the internet at a moderately better speed and stronger signal.

The air conditioning system was seen as being ineffective, temperamental and of poor quality and worked in some rooms and not in others. Those affected were left frustrated at night because of the AC being too noisy that their sleep was disturbed.

A number of guests have expressed their concerns regarding the state of the kitchen. Some were concerned with the lack of basic kitchen appliances such as microwaves, while others thought the cutlery was old and in need of replacing.
