Paddington House is very tired indeed. It has a really shabby feel to it, both in guestrooms and in public areas and could do with a thorough overhaul. The paintwork is peeling, the carpets are worn and stained and much of the furniture and décor is past its best. Also, the level of cleanliness isn't particularly good.
If your room is near the function room/bar then you might experience loud music until late at night. Also, the walls seem quite thin so you will perhaps hear what your neighbours are up to in the next room, as well as doors shutting throughout the night.
The buffet breakfast perhaps doesn't represent the best value for money. Some of the items don't seem like there are of a very good quality.
