Negative Reviews
negative:
No air conditioning
Although Paris normally has a mild climate for most of the year, there are times in July and August where random heat waves do occur. Unfortunately, the hotel is not equipped for these random heatwaves.
negative:
Some of the staff aren't so welcoming
While some of the staff have been praised for being helpful and welcoming, you may not be able to say the same for other staff members. There have been reports of some staff members being rude or just unapproachable and bothered. However, some guests felt that the polite staff members really made a difference in their stay at the hotel.
negative:
The room is very compact
Most guests found that the size of their accommodation was far too small. Guests found it difficult to have enough space to move around within the room with their luggage on the floor and even some guests found it hard to use the bathroom facilities.
