Guests enjoyed the fact that there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities in the vicinity of the hotel. Beaugrenelle, the mall next door, offers ample shopping and dining options as well as a movie theater without the need to travel far.

The hotel is located in the center of Paris opposite of the Seine and within a 15-minute walking distance of the Eiffel Tower.

The hotel staff tries to live up to the values of customer service, with guests reporting pleasant experiences with the front-desk staff from check-in until check-out.

Guests report that the pool is limited to 15 occupants at all times, which not only limits one's chance of enjoying some relaxing time in the water, but at certain times the pool is actually off-limits to guests as locals participate in classes in the hotel pool. Furthermore, some guests remarked that there was an issue with cleanliness and mildew in the pool area.

Some guests were bothered by the loud elevator moving up and down the floors. Moreover, the at times long lines of people waiting to get on an elevator contributed to the noise level.

Guests report that the Wi-Fi signal is not only poor but that they had to sign in repeatedly every couple of hours. Management also disconnects guests' accounts at 8 a.m. on the day of departure, even if guests stay for the maximum amount of time that day.
