The rooms offered at the New Hotel Lafayette, while not big, offer guests clean and comfortable lodgings that have nice décor, suited to each room. Guests are left with an impression of a well looked after hotel.

With it's location right in the heart of Paris, guests are close enough to have access to all the public transportation routes, for ease of access. The price one would expect for such a prime location is not what one pays here. The affordable accommodation gives guests the chance for a central location, as well as comfortable lodgings.

Friendly and helpful staff are constantly at hand to ensure that guests are well looked after. They are available to assist with luggage, information, and sightseeing planning.

While it is an experience one will remember forever, not many will find the experience a pleasant one. The elevator to the higher floors is on the small side, not really capable of handling more than a few people at a time, never mind their luggage as well.

If guests making any reservations have had any issues with their credit cards, it is recommended that they make their reservations another way, as any issues that arise during booking, unfortunately leads to guests getting bumped from their room.

Some rooms are fitted with a half bath and shower combination, which may not be ideal for some. The shower head is lower than normal, so taller guests may not find this showering experience to be a pleasant one.
