Nehal Hotel (Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates)

It seemed that many guests were in Abu Dhabi for something of a shopping trip. They mentioned hat the hotel was in an excellent position for this purpose, with the incredible Abu Dhabi Mall only 10 minutes walk away.

While there were also plenty of negative reviews of the staff, the majority definitely found them to be welcoming on arrival and friendly and helpful at other time when they needed a bit of assistance.

While only mentioned by a few guests, the free valet parking definitely made a big impact. Apparently parking is at a premium in this area, and guests were very happy to have this aspect of their day sorted.

A couple of guests pointed out that not only isn't there a bar on the premises, but there is no alcohol at all, not even in the restaurant. Guests do say that there are nearby hotels that do have bars, and it was a simple matter to walk to one of these.

When it came to the cleanliness of the rooms the reviews were truly mixed, with some guests saying they were spotless and others saying they were filthy. It was difficult to get an idea of what the situation really was, but it appears as if standards may be extremely inconsistent, with cleanliness depending on the luck of the draw.

While not often brought up, a couple of guests did mention that the hotel plays music in the hallways on a loop…all day…every day. Even if they liked the music it would start to get irritating after a while, but of course, due to personal taste, many guests would not like whatever was being played.
