Negative Reviews

Expect a trek to get to the beach.
Whilst the hotel may use the Paradise Coast's sandy white beaches as a marketing tool, past guests report that the hotel is set away from the beach. Guests are expected to either walk to the shore or catch a tram.
negative:
Parking situation is less than satisfactory.
On-site parking is a bugbear for a number of visitors to the resort. In addition to having to pay extra for self-park and valet parking options, drivers also complain that available parking spaces can be lacking. Furthermore, there is no elevator between the subterranean garage and lobby. Instead, guests are required to climb two flights of stairs, which can be problematic for those with mobility issues.
negative:
Food and drink can prove costly.
Past guests at Naples Grande Beach Resort have complained that food and drink within the resort is overpriced. As a result, guests often head out to town for dinner and snacks.
