A warm Northern Irish welcome will greet you at reception and friendly, helpful service will continue throughout your stay.  If you're late for a meal, they'll be sure to keep your plate warm for you, and if you have special dietary needs, you'll have them met without a doubt.  Nothing is too much trouble as this outstanding team maintains the top notch customer service.

The breakfast is a favourite, especially the Full Irish, served in culturally-customary large portions.  The bar also serves decent meals promptly and with cheerful service. (There's a Domino's next door if you need a quick and easy pizza lunch or dinner as well.)

Clean, spacious and well-appointed with functional amenities, this locale is a convenient, easily accessible venue with plenty of parking.  Close to the main road through town but with minimal traffic noise, it's a perfect night's sleep and only a five-minute drive from central Newry.  There's weekend entertainment on-site with dancing and music, which is a very good time for all ages.  Rooms are sunny and comfortable with tidy bathrooms and great showers. Televisions have stellar reception and a wide selection of channels. Excellent value!

During meetings, staff has acted strangely at times, walking or even running through the middle of meetings in session and peeking in.  Please make it clear your meeting is private and interruptions will not be tolerated outside of emergencies.  Staff can also be hesitant at times to intervene on noisy guest disturbances, waiting hours before taking action after the complaint has been made.  

Slow and weak in the rooms, the best place connectivity is in the lobby.
