Motel White Sands (Port Isabel, USA)

If you are on a tight budget but want to be near the South Padre Island, this motel is the place to be.

The motel is in an ideal location. The property is within reach of numerous bars and restaurants and you save money because you can walk to everything. The sports bar is really cool. The amount of sports memorabilia they have is amazing. The town of Port Isabel is charming as well.

When traveling, most of us wish for the three things when it comes to accommodations: a good price, clean room, and congenial staff. This motel easily fits the bill.

You may encounter little creatures flying around in your room. It's not sure what they are but if you are squeamish about insects you'd better bring some bug spray along with you.

You may find some of the kitchen utensils do not work properly like the microwave. The Wi-Fi is horrible. It would also be nice if the rooms came equipped with something to keep the floor tidy after you come in from the beach. Perhaps a little sweeper or something? These may seem like minor inconveniences, but they can become extremely annoying if you are staying for longer than a few days. The housekeeping could do with a bit more training as well.

There seems to be no noise control on the premises. There's music going on, people partying and being loud, and trash being thrown away with bottles breaking during the process. This can go on through the night.
