Positive Reviews
positive:
Guest rooms feel fresh and new
Light, airy, and modern; all of the accommodations here, even the ones in the lowest price bracket, look and feel like they have just been imported from a chic Swedish furniture brochure. The wood floors are a particular highlight.
positive:
Beds really are very comfy
This hotel chain’s policy of investing in super-comfy beds is certainly paying off. Numerous guests have cited the high-quality Serta beds and high-end bedding as being the best things about their stay…
positive:
Perfect location for eating, drinking and shopping
If you’re someone who likes to indulge a little while you’re away then you’ll find yourself spoilt for choice here: the popular Magnolia Mall is only 350 yards away, while the surrounding area is brimming with all kinds of eateries and coffee houses.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No on-site breakfast option
This company has a rather unhelpful policy of not offering any kind of breakfast option whatsoever at its properties. Happily, there are scores of places nearby (including a Waffle House just around the corner) that will fill your belly nicely for a modest price.
negative:
Bathrooms aren’t the best
Numerous visitors have found the water pressure within their guest room bathrooms to be somewhat under-whelming. In addition, the overall size of the bathrooms was also identified as being uncomfortably small.
negative:
Complaints don’t detract from overall experience
If you can see past the issues with the bathrooms and don’t mind having to hunt (and pay) for your breakfast then you’ll probably find your stay here quite enjoyable as it must be said this hotel, by and large, is one of the better budget options in the area.
