If you're just touching down from a flight or hoping to fly out early, this motel is a fantastic option. It offers some of the best access to Portland International Airport, and also includes handy parking for those taking a shuttle or personal car to the facility.

Everything from the linens to the bathroom areas is kept spotless by the staff, which ensures a hygienic and relaxing stay, regardless of which room you select. Even the smaller details, such as the coils of refrigerators or various fixtures, are well-maintained and functional.

All of the staff, including the manager, is very helpful and willing to work with you to make your experience more pleasant. If you require extra amenities or directions to a nearby location, the staff will treat you well and address all of your needs.

If you're looking to visit downtown Portland and see most of its cultural landmarks, you'll need to do a fair amount of driving. Nordic isn't exceptionally far, but it's beyond walking distance, and you may need to take off some of your day for commuting purposes.

Although most guests will have this charge refunded after their stay, there is a cost for cleaning services after you check out. If you keep your room clean and organized, however, they will take this charge off of your account.

The Wi-Fi at Nordic is usable, but it tends to run on the slower side. Don't expect to be streaming many films or uploading pictures over its limited connection speed.
