These were the two in-room amenities guests most appreciated. Many had clearly not been expecting them, so were very pleasantly surprised. They found them a great help in keeping their cold drinks cold and in heating up a quick snack before settling down to a good movie.

Every guest bringing up the question of value for money, and there were quite a few, felt that they had received truly excellent value during their stay. They believed that they had paid an exceptionally low room rate for a clean room with great amenities in a very convenient location.

Guests really liked that the hotel was so close to the I-40. It meant that it was a breeze to find initially, and so convenient when they headed off or returned for the day.

This was one of the first things guests noticed, and pointed out in their reviews. They said that the hallway carpets looked very dirty and stained. Most were of the opinion that they really needed to be replaced.

Guests were clearly not very enthusiastic about the complimentary breakfast served every morning. It was felt that it didn’t offer enough variety, and also that what was provided didn’t exactly make use of the best quality ingredients.

Many guests mentioned that there was a pervasive smell of tobacco smoke in the hallways. The hotel does allow smoking in some rooms, but the smell of course does not remain there. Asthmatics should take note.
