Visitors say the staff at the hotel treats you as if you are a member of their family. Employees are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you during your stay.

There is a heated indoor swimming pool at the hotel that is open all year round. Travellers note that not only is the pool area nice and clean, but you are also able to swim in the winter or at night since it is indoors.

Guests point out that the property has a positive ambiance that makes it a pleasant place to stay. While it isn't fancy, these visitors explain that the rooms are well appointed and comfortable and add that there are a number of restaurants nearby as well.

A few travellers complain that some of the rooms have the odour of cigarette smoke in them. While this smell isn't found in all of the accommodations, a few of the non-smoking rooms do have this smokey scent.

If you are offended by stained or dirty carpets, you might not want to look down during your stay at the hotel. Several visitors say the carpets found throughout the property are not very clean and probably need to be replaced at this point.

There is a free continental breakfast served at the hotel each day but some guests don't rate the morning meal all that highly. The breakfast lacks variety and the room it is served in is a bit on the small side according to a couple of travellers.
