If you are lucky enough to have a room with a balcony at Outer Reach Resort, then you should try to catch the sun rise with a cup of hot coffee, or make sure you catch the sun set with an after dinner drink. Most guests say this is one of the favorite memories of their vacation.

Needs some maintenance
Quite a few visitors have commented on the fact that both the rooms and the outer building could do with a bit of a facelift. The furnishings and fixtures are a little long in the tooth, and should be replaced according to visitors.

Spotty Wi-Fi
Most guests had an issue with staying connected to the free Wi-Fi, where they would be able to work for about five minutes at a time, and then be disconnected again. The signal was reported to be a little better down in the lobby however.

Although most travelers said the breakfast was ok, they felt that there should have been more of a choice when it came to proteins. There was plenty of cereal and milk, but they would have liked to see more variety of cold meats.
