Negative Reviews
negative:
Poor customer service.
The cold reception described by some guests left them wanting and dampening their enjoyment of the hotel. The staff have been described as unwelcoming, indifferent, seemingly bored and unhelpful. Staff do not seem to be knowledgeable regarding tourist information and at times assistance is grudgingly given. Basic hotel information such as check-out and dining times is not readily available which left some guests confused.
negative:
Small and stuffy rooms.
The single and double rooms are the smallest and range from 12m2 to 15m2. Some guests felt that the rooms were cramped, too small for comfort and difficult to move around in freely. The air conditioning also functions poorly which led to an uncomfortably stuffy atmosphere in the warmer months.
negative:
Inadequate soundproofing.
The hotel is located on a street with noisy traffic including trams. Some guest reported difficulty sleeping due to the noise.
