A five-minute drive from central Grimsby with convenient free parking on-site. Excellent value for the money. Top notch rooms are the norm here, beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and plenty of modern, clean amenities.  Perfect, spacious bathrooms with power showers, fresh towels, and fragrant shower gel.  Large bath tubs.

All meals are popular at the hotel restaurant, with the charm of the bar standing out as well. The atmosphere in both is relaxed with an emphasis on courteous, prompt service. Lots of variety on the menus and outside seating is often available, weather pending. Ask about any guest discounts in the bar - you may be pleasantly surprised!

You can sometimes hear the conversations and television from the room next door, so bring your earplugs or a fan to drown it out.

Small televisions, poor or intermittent Wi-Fi connection and missing ceiling fan covers are a few of the noticeable issues with the rooms.  Get some help from staff on the Wi-Fi, but don't count on any miracles – others gave up after a few tries with staff, who really did do their best to help.

Some found the restaurant skimped on the portions for lunch and dinner, and breakfast seemed to lack selection and quality.  Tiny spoonfuls of beans and under-cooked meats, no toast included and many items on the buffet left empty without prompt replenishment.  Not worth the prices.
