Negative Reviews
negative:
Lacking a Lift
There is no elevator onsite. If you have a lot of luggage or trouble with stairs, make sure to request a ground floor room ahead of time or at check-in.
negative:
Aging Gracefully
MarQueen was built in 1918 and has a lot of history to show for it. Unfortunately, it also shows its age, and renovations are necessary. Guests have noticed creaky floors, old carpeting, noisy refrigerators, cracked sinks, leaking faucets and unstable shower temperatures. In addition, the onsite parking isn't well-suited for trucks, so if you have a large car, you may find it hard to maneuver around the lot.
negative:
An Okay Breakfast
Guests were a bit disappointed with the breakfast selection, saying it is very basic and did not provide enough healthy options. They also mentioned the poor service during breakfast, saying the staff was somewhat slow.
