Guests staying at Mark Apart Hotel found the rooms to be clean and offering good value for the price, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The room sizes appear to differ quite a lot, with many happy with the space on offer, and others finding the rooms cramped.

The location, just a block over from the stores, restaurants and bars of the Kufürstendamm major shopping street, was a selling point to many, while Berlin Zoo was within walking distance, and the nearby metro line and buses connected directly to the tourist attractions.

Those who stayed found that staff proved to be very helpful in providing friendly suggestions and information on tourist attractions and how to get there.

Guests were a little annoyed to find that their stay only allowed for Wi-Fi connection to one device, with further connections costing more. Moreover, the repeated login process was also considered a bit of an annoyance.

Mark Apart Hotel’s buffet breakfasts and car parking services are not included in room prices, with some guests finding these to be expensive and a few recommending to eat out somewhere in the neighbourhood instead.

A number of guests found the hotel’s decor to be a little tired, with the walls and carpet floors being mentioned as particularly dated.
