Excellent spa facilities.
The spa was highly praised by the guests who said that the facilities were of high quality and immaculately presented. The pools were said to be of decent size and extremely clean. Guests enjoyed spending time in the Jacuzzi as well as the sauna whilst those who had specialist treatments said that they were very enjoyable and carried out by experienced staff.

The food served at the restaurant and the brasserie was described as mouth-watering by many of the guests. Breakfasts were hearty and cooked to perfection with ample choice for even the fussiest of eaters. If you are a food lover you will undoubtedly be in your element.

The guest rooms have been described as very well-presented with high quality furniture and upholstery. The decor was said to be very pleasing with tasteful colours and guests also appreciated the added luxuries including complimentary bottles of water and branded toiletries. Many also complimented the bathrooms complete with marble tops and power showers.

Rooms can get too warm.
There are no air-conditioning units in the rooms and some guests who stayed at the hotel during the warmer weather said that their rooms felt quite stuffy and uncomfortably warm.

Lack of hospitality trays.
Guests who wanted to make themselves a cup of tea or coffee in their rooms were disappointed to find that there were no hospitality trays. The hotel does offer room service at a charge.

Some rooms on the small side.
The rooms located in the separate building from the hotel have been described as quite small and cramped by some of the guests. Bathrooms were also said to be too small, particularly the shower cubicles in which guests had very little room to manoeuvre.
