Excellent service and professional staff
Most
of the guests found services offered by the hotel staff to be great. They were
very helpful and friendly. Maid's service was up to the mark. The person in the
front desk was very quick and guests had no trouble either during Check-in or Check-out.

Plenty of restaurants close by
According to the guests, one of the good things about this hotel was the presence of many good restaurants to eat. Guests could choose anything from Chinese, American, Italian or sea food. Champps Sports restaurant, Jensen's Café, Chianti Grill and Outback Steakhouse are some of the popular choices.

Good location and impressive breakfast
There are many places of tourist attraction close to the hotel. From shopping malls and amusement parks to casinos and museums; guests had a great time exploring each one of the places. Canterbury Park, Paragon theaters and Burnsville Performing Arts Center are some of the famous tourist locales.

Dirty bathrooms and smelly rooms
Some of the guests experienced weird smell in their rooms. Bathrooms did not fit tall people and had dirty tubs. There was hair all over towels, shower curtains and pillows. Sink drain was clogged. Few guests were troubled by bed bugs.

Unsafe neighborhood and parking
Many
guests felt that area around the hotel was unsafe with questionable people
hanging around. There was a cop
arresting few people in the parking lot. The back door into the hotel from parking
lot was not locked making it even more unsafe.

Slow Wi-Fi; thin room walls
Guests
found the Internet connection very slow due to which many of them who had come
for official trips could not complete their work. Walls, though concrete, were very
thin and did not allow adequate sound insulation. Guests could hear
conversations of other guests and noise from the highway.
