Everyone who stayed at Legacy Preston International was thrilled with the service they received. They reported the employees to be highly professional and attentive without being overbearing. They were always ready with a friendly smile or advice on things to do.

Guests found that the rooms had everything they needed to make their stay comfortable. They have good quality sheets and towels, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms have nice, modern fixtures.

Guests were quite happy with the food served at breakfast and in the bar. They found everything to be tasty, from the coffee to the entrées, and also appreciated the attentiveness of the waitstaff. Everything is made fresh to order.

Many guests felt that they got just a bit too toasty during their stay. The rooms have a fan and windows that open, but several guests felt that was insufficient to cool the room. It seemed too hot in the room even on relatively cool days. They expressed that they wished there had been air conditioning or more fans to make their stay more comfortable.

Quite a few guests complained that the sound proofing of the rooms left something to be desired. There was a lot of traffic noise from the street below. Guests who had to misfortune of being placed next to noisy neighbors fond themselves wishing for more sound insulation in the walls.

While guests were generally happy with the drinks and food they had during their stay, they also felt that the cost, particularly on the drinks and bottled water, was a bit inflated.
