Big, well designed and modern rooms
The rooms are very neat, spacious, and comfortable. The tasteful and modern decor adds to the hotel’s appeal. The Jacuzzi in rooms is a much welcomed addition. Guests can have a peep at the nice views of the beach and surroundings from the huge balconies.

The hotel has a well equipped spa and beauty salon onsite. The services are varied and include a deep tissue massage and body treatments. Guests can relax at spa pool or be treated by the specialized and well-trained spa staff. The steam rooms and sauna are also accessible.

Nothing is too much trouble to the hotel’s staff. They are always available to help when needed. They are motivated and dedicated and ensure that guests’ needs are met to their satisfaction. Many guests felt they were approachable.

Loose and squeaky floorboards in the hotel
The loose floorboards proved to be quite noisy especially at night when they place is quieter. A few guests were kept up at night due to the squeaky noises that easily travelled from room to room.

Though the hotel serves a amazing, expertly prepared and well varied traditional cuisine, quite a number of guests were of the opinion that the meals especially breakfast was greatly overpriced.

TV channel list lacking in variety
Some guests complained about the few entertaining channels available. English speaking guests were the most concerned as they found the selection to be uninspiring as very few were English channels.
