The hotel is situated in a prime location. It is a short walk to the British Library and British Museum, both are filled with global artifacts and rare treasures. There is easy tube access to all of the city’s biggest tourist destinations, just under ten minutes to get to the houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey. Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly Circus. There are plenty of dining options and food chain services in the area. For nightlife, guests can walk to Camden for fun and vibrant clubs, pubs and bars. Visitors looking to leave central London can take the overground rail service to other parts of England. Conveniently located near St.Pancras for easy access to the Eurostar train.

The hotel rooms are newly renovated. They feature very modern en suite bathrooms with bright lights and a glass shower. The rooms come complete with all of the facilities you need for your stay. There is a hairdryer, air-conditioning unit and refrigerator. The rooms are very clean and prepared for your comfort.

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The reception is happy to suggest places for you to visit and modes of transport. The helpful staff was the reason why several guests wanted to return to the hotel. The reception desk supplies a luggage storage option. The staff is happy to accommodate any of your travel needs for the duration of your stay.

Despite very modern rooms and en suite bathrooms, some guests felt the reception and public areas feature dated decor. Some of the corridor walls are scuffed and seem tired.

The hotel offers double glazed windows to reduce the outside noise entering the hotel rooms. There were complaints from previous guests who were inconvenienced by excessive noise coming from the corridors and neighbouring rooms. The en suite air-conditioning units are also rather noisy.

Some guests felt that the larger room accommodations, such as the triple room, was still small and included small beds.
