Kensington Hotel Yeouido (Seoul, South Korea)

The rooms were found to be clean by guests who stayed here. They felt housekeeping did a good job of cleaning the rooms each day and keeping them clean. The bathrooms were also nicely kept and had free toiletries which were replaced.

Guests found their accommodations to be of good value for the price. They were happy to pay for the clean rooms, the central location and the comfortable beds. Guests were happy to be in the area and to have the basic amenities that area needed for a stay

The hotel is located in a strategic and central area in Seoul, since it is walking distance from shopping centres, parks and government buildings. There is also various public transport stops close by, as well as restaurants and bars.

The staff was not found to have good communication skills with people who did not speak Korean. The guests would have liked it if the staff could communicate with them in fluent English or at least be more responsive to their requests.

The Wi-Fi was thought to be slow and unreliable for guests who stayed here. They were surprised to find an Internet that was not speedy in a city that is well known to be connected.

The hotel was found to have rooms that were not renovated much and therefore left much to be desired. The in-room facilities were outdated. There was no actual common area to sit in, no air conditioning and general outdated facilities.
