The hotel is close to many clubs, malls and shops. Being situated in the business district, guests can explore the many amenities in the area. The hotel’s nearness to the airport makes it very convenient for travelers in and out. The Rio Bravo shopping centre also provides a great shopping experience for guests too.

Faulty heating units in rooms
At night guests could hardly sleep as the noisy heating units kept them awake. Most of them felt that those that emitted a lot of noise needed to be replaced. Others complained that some rooms lacked the units.

A number of guests found the hotel walls to be somewhat thin. Those unlucky to have noisy neighbors were left frustrated as they were disturbed by their loud conversations.

When the hotel is busy, guests might have to wait for some time, up to a few hours, in order to get to their rooms after arriving at the front desk. This can be quite upsetting especially to guests traveling along with children.
