Guests felt that they received good value for the money they spent at the hotel. The rooms are adequately sized as are the beds. The view of Hong Kong City from the hotel's rooms is lovely and transport links are close by. Those interested in the nightlife will find that the clubbing scene is vibrant many hotspots are nearby.

Members of staff are very obliging and check you in and out very efficiently. They do not hesitate to offer you tips on local attractions that might be of interest you. The members of staff are very polite, friendly and professional.

The wireless internet connection at the hotel is very good. Those who used it were quite pleased with their browsing experience as the high speed connection was available throughout the premises, was quite easy to connect to and did not have much downtime.

The breakfast menu was found to be lacking in terms of variety. Some guests were disappointed to find that items they felt were common in hot and cold breakfast spreads were not available.

A number of guests found the elevators to be extremely slow in ascending and descending. They were also rather cramped inside and could only handle a few people at a time. This was challenging if multiple guests were waiting to be taken to their floors.

Some guests have complained about the thin walls as noise travelled easily from room to room. Loud conversations were particularly disturbing especially late at night and early in the morning.
