Guests were thrilled when connecting to the Wi-Fi as it was trouble-free and the high speeds were well maintained throughout a browsing session. The hotel’s wireless internet connectivity was desirable and the signal was strong in most areas.

Many guests felt that the hotel lived up to their expectations for a budget hotel. Its setting makes it easily reachable to major points of interest. From elegant rooms, en suite bathrooms to a business centre, the hotel is well equipped to host all guests. Guests travelling on business will also find the hotel’s conference centre as an invaluable resource

The hotel is well set just a few steps away from the subway. Plenty of dining options are available nearby for guests who choose to have their meals outside the hotel. Major attractions such as Han River and Nam Mountain can be reached just a few minutes’ drive away. There are also several shops in the area.

A number of guests have complained about the security in the area. This was especially after dark when one could see distrustful looking characters near the hotel and strange people hanging around in the street.

Though elegant and modern, quite a good number of guests have raised concerns regarding the size of the rooms. They felt that the rooms were too small to comfortably host a family.

A number of guests thought that some of the hotel’s staff members weren’t very cooperative. Most guests felt that their unwillingness was mainly due to the language barrier as very few could speak English well. This mostly affected English-Speaking guests.
