Negative Reviews
negative:
Hotel entrance is easily missed
Many guests complained that the hotel entrance is next to the highway exit and is easy to miss.
negative:
The lobby lounge is not easily accessible.
Some guests complained that the lobby is not at the entrance and they had to walk through a long passage to reach it. Also the doors are not automatic, and guests who carried heavy luggage found it extremely tedious to keep the door open. Mounting of an automatic door is highly recommended.
negative:
Lack of soundproof windows
The hotel is located between two busy highways, so there is a lot of traffic noise in the rooms. Guests recommended that soundproof windows must be fitted. Also, some guests were not comfortable with the shared patios offered by some rooms.
