Almost all of the positive reviews were focused on the staff's excellent service! They were more than willing to help the guests with all their needs and they had the initiative to offer assistance such as cleaning of rooms and allow extension. They were genuinely concern about the needs of the guests and they love their job.

Aside from the well-equipped rooms, most guests were impressed with the spacious room size provided. The size of a studio room was larger than expected. Moreover, a full size refrigerator and a functional kitchen were also included in the rooms so guests were able to cook their own food.

Due to the hotel's affordable prices, most guests considered it a very practical choice especially for those who were looking for just a low budget type accommodation. The prices were very reasonable compared to other competitors within the area.

Because Internet access is free in most of the hotels, guests are quite disappointed that they have to shed some money just to access Wi-Fi within the hotel. Guests who had to do some research or work related stuff had difficulty due to the slow yet paid Internet access.

Most of the negative reviews were from guests who had a terrible experience due to the presence of cockroaches all over the rooms. There were cockroaches inside the cabinets, carpets, bathrooms, and even within the beds so guests had to use bug sprays to eliminate them.

Guests are quite appalled with the hotel's actual location which is within a crime-prone area. Some guests even witnessed criminal incidents during their stay that was very alarming for them due to the risky neighbourhood.
