Negative Reviews
negative:
Uncomfortable Bedding.
Previous guests of this city-center inn have wrestled with fleeting flickers of sleep while retiring on the bedroom mattresses. Most of the en-suite facilities house notably dated, and thus lumpy, mattresses. Some visitors have reported being able to feel the springs through the bedding.
negative:
Dated Conditions.
Accompanying the previously mentioned issues with mattress quality, guests may also find themselves at odds with the condition of other facilities. The chipped and faded paint of the hallways and lobby are met by creaking stairs, threaded carpets, and stained drapes.
negative:
A Clean Break from Hygiene.
Not only have guests borne complaints over the condition of the hotel, but the measure of cleanliness sternly follows suit. Smudged glassware, scuffed walls, and poorly vacuumed carpets have elicited negative attention, as have cobwebs in light fixtures and dead insects beneath desks.
