Hotel Villa Kiin (Isla Mujeres, Mexico)

The hotel is a retreat for beach lovers as its located right on the beach. Guests on lookout for a beachside holiday find this place ideal. Even the rooms have ocean views, and guests can enjoy a dip into the sea at their own sweet time.

Rooms in the hotel are very peaceful and quiet. There is a warm breeze coming over from the beachside which is totally tranquilizing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with cozy beds, plus there are fridges in the room for guests to enjoy in-room beverages.

Guests loved the garden which was equipped with hammocks, chairs and tables to relax around. It was a nice place to chill with family or have some quality time with oneself and enjoy a beer. The garden is maintained nicely and kept spic and span.

Many guests complained of unprofessional behavior from the staff. They ignored the requests from guests and were negligent towards their duties. Many queries asked by the guests were left unanswered. They were rude while talking and had an unfriendly attitude.

The hotel does not provide sunbeds and umbrellas complimentary. Guests who wish use them were asked to pay for it separately.

Wi-Fi in the rooms as well as public areas was weak and had a lot of connectivity issues. ACs were not working properly and the complimentary breakfast was insufficient and not even tasty.
