Situated on the gated estate of Villas Buganvillas, this villa is one of two identical modern properties, each with 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms (2-en-suite) and air-conditioning to the lounge and all bedrooms. The fact that two of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities makes this ideal for families travelling with grandparents or teenagers that prefer a private bathroom. The development is built around a private road, so there is very little traffic noise, however the hustle and bustle of the resort centre is a leisurely 15 minute walk. There is also a small supermarket around 5 minutes walk from the villa. Built in a very modern style, the villa is light and airy throughout with a spacious sunbathing and pool area outside.
