Hotel Urban Gamla Stan (Stockholm, Sweden)

It will be difficult to find a hotel with a better location. Guests loved the location of this hotel as it was within walking distance to a number of different attractions, restaurants, nightlife, and transportation options.

You will be able to find some privacy in this hostel. Guests liked that they were able to get a bit of privacy as the rooms were so large and the beds had curtains on them.

You really only have your room and a small kitchen at this hostel. Guests were disappointed that there were not many common areas or activities at this hostel. There did not seem to be much to do there except sleep and watch TV.

Many times the staff were nowhere to be found. Guests often could not reach staff when needed as there was no one at the front desk.

Staff here might clean well, but they might not have the best manners. Guests felt the staff was sometimes rude as they would enter rooms unannounced and be a bit defensive when asked about the practice.
