The Staff Is Very Caring
The hotel staff is what makes the facility bearable. They are an attentive group, friendly, and extremely helpful. This hospitality extends to housekeeping as well. They are also very patient when it comes to assisting visitors.

There Are Some Good Places Around
The location does have its good points. There is a McDonalds nearby and a theatre. The Convention Centre is close along with a number of other eating places like the International House of Food.

It Will Do For The Price
The accommodations are cheap. If your budget is tight, then you may find this hotel perfect for your travels while in Phoenix.

Some Things Just Aren't Right
There's plenty to turn you off about this hotel. You may encounter broken windows, a leaky shower head, noisy air conditioner, and stains on the carpet. Rooms are inadequately furnished with no table or chair, and don't be surprised to find a fridge that needs a good defrosting. Other indignities include mould in the shower, electrical tape wrapped around the wiring, and offending odours. The neighbourhood has shady characters too.

Don't Expect To Get Connected
Getting connected to Wi-Fi will prove to be difficult. If you get connected at all, it's very slow. What's more, the outlets in the rooms are so bad, you may not get to use any of your devices. Most don't work and the plates that cover the outlets are missing.

There's Nothing Continental About This Breakfast
The breakfast is nothing to brag about. Cereal like multi-coloured cheerios, a poor pastry selection, and other basics like orange and apple juice are nothing special. You'd be better off going to McDonalds and having a breakfast there!
