Guests like that the hotel is close to downtown and some of the city's most notable attractions, yet far enough removed from the main drag so as to avoid the noisy nighttime crowds of the bars and clubs. The Fountain of Youth Archeological Park is just two miles from the hotel. Old Town, the Castillo de San Marcos and numerous museums are also easily accessible.

The hotel staff are very pleasant and willing to assist with anything that you might need. Several guests mentioned that the hotel staff were very knowledgeable about the area and were able to make excellent recommendations for dining and entertainment.

The guestrooms are generally very clean and well-maintained. Most guests found them sufficiently comfortable for their needs, and having a microwave and refrigerator in the room were a great plus.

Several guests reported that the Wi-Fi in the hotel was not very reliable. Some found the network difficult to access, and even after logging in they repeatedly lost connection to the Wi-Fi signal.

Most found the complimentary breakfast provided by the hotel rather underwhelming. Guests report that breakfast usually consists of just cereal or a pastry with juice and coffee. You might prefer to simply skip breakfast at the hotel and instead try one of the restaurants or cafes in the neighborhood.
