Negative Reviews
negative:
Some may experience noise
Unfortunately, a small number of guests have complained that they found the noise levels in neighboring rooms or the communal areas too high. Although this is not directly the hotel's fault, guests who were disturbed feel that the hotel should be more proactive about disruptive guests.
negative:
Parking is disappointing
Unless you choose to pay for valet parking, you will need to pay to park in the hotel's parking garage, which is not adjoining the hotel. This was disappointing for some guests who were not impressed with having to carry their bags around to the entrance. This was a particular grip in colder months.
negative:
Extra charges seem inappropriate
For a hotel of this caliber, some guests feel that services like Wi-Fi and parking should be included in the cost of the room.
