Negative Reviews
negative:
Strict policies are implemented
A few guests were a bit bothered because they had to pay the full amount for their stay upon arrival. The staff said that this was for security purposes, but it seemed like an insult to sensitive guests. However, at the end of the guests' stay, they commented that the hotel was worth their pay.
negative:
Small bathrooms
The guests said that the shower areas were literally cubicles, and those who were tall had difficulties when showering due to the small size. In addition, the soap holder was not positioned properly so guests always had to bend when getting the soap. However, the bathrooms were spotlessly clean and the water supply was consistent.
negative:
Sheets have smells that are too strong
The bed sheets smelled fragrant but the smell was too strong for the sensitive guests. Opening the windows though, could help in decreasing the intensity of the smell.
