Staff goes above and beyond the call of duty to provide guests with exceptional, personal service. Friendly staff members are always around to help with any issues that arise or to answer any questions, they are very patient and efficient when issues arise and guests reported feeling at home at Rose Court due to the interactive and caring staff.

The rooms at this hotel are quite spacious, beautifully-decorated and spotlessly clean. Guests also reported that the Wi-Fi always works and the bed sheets and towels are changed every day.

Guests reported that the breakfast served each morning is extensive with lots of healthy, delicious items to choose from. Everything is cooked properly and served at the right temperature and the restaurant staff is friendly and accommodating.

The guest rooms at Rose Court are in need of some refurbishment as guests reported a number of issues including stained linens, mould in the bathrooms, a musty smell, torn curtains, broken appliances, a lack of temperature control, dated decor, uncomfortable beds, Wi-Fi that doesn't work and a lack of hot water and water pressure in the showers.

Guests reported that staff seem uninterested in guests' needs. There've been reports of guests checking out early due to issues with rooms that were not dealt with properly and staff don't ask any questions or make any final attempt to get them to stay. Also reported was unprofessional staff who smoke in areas that are clearly marked non-smoking.

Some guests reported that it's hard to get a good night's sleep at this hotel due to the noise coming from nearby rooms and traffic on the street. There seems to be a lack of soundproofing that doesn't filter out noise coming from inside and outside the hotel.
